In my work, I combine qualitative methods (interviews, usability studies) with quantitative analysis (behavioral metrics, error rates) to generate actionable insights. My goal is to bridge research and engineering, moving from research → prototype → insight-backed decisions that create inclusive and measurable improvements in learning technologies.
